Our Vision - To ensure the culture passed down to the players and current student players encompasses support for a varsity level program both in match play and campus leadership.
The Goal - To support the program to be a top ten nationally ranked team and compete to be the best in the country in both 15s and 7s, to support student campus rugby leaders to advance the "Delaware will Shine" initiative, and to foster the talent of individual players both mentally and competitively to put in a position to either compete on an Olympic level or succeed in life upon graduation from the University of Delaware.
Alumni Match
Rugby does not stop when you graduate. If our alumni don't join a men's club after graduation, rest assured they will return once a year for a friendly match against our undergrads.
